Notice of 2026 Capital Markets Seminar

HICL will be holding a Capital Markets Seminar for investors and sell-side analysts on Thursday 2 July 2026 at 13:00 UK time (registration from 12:30).

InfraRed, HICL's Investment Manager, will set out HICL's positioning within the evolving infrastructure market, including the long-term opportunity presented by structural growth themes and the strategy for enhancing HICL's investment proposition. The programme will also include contributions from senior management of a number of the Company's largest growth assets.

The event will be held in hybrid format at the London Stock Exchange, 10 Paternoster Square, London, EC4M 7LS, with the option to watch via livestream. Formal proceedings are expected to conclude by 15:30, followed by refreshments.
