On Thursday 12^th March 2026, the parent company of Heylo Housing Secured Bond plc (being Heylo Housing Group Limited) was informed by the noteholders to HH No. 1 New Holdings Limited (in administration) and HH No. 5 Limited (in administration) that the noteholders had declared a default, accelerated and appointed administrators to HH No.1 New Holdings Limited (in administration), HH No.1 Holdings Limited ( in administration), HH No.1 Limited (in administration) and HH No. 5 Limited (in administration) (the "Affected Companies"). The Affected Companies are subsidiaries of Heylo Housing Group Limited. Heylo Housing Secured Bond plc is also a separate subsidiary of Heylo Housing Group Limited. Heylo Housing Group Limited has indicated that it will work with the administrators to help with their objectives.
