REGULATORY JUDGEMENT FOR HEYLO HOUSING REGISTERED PROVIDER LIMITED

The Regulator of Social Housing has today published a regulatory judgement in respect of Heylo Housing Registered Provider Limited ("HHRP"), concluding its gradings under review process.  HHRP has been assigned a governance grading of G4* and a financial viability grading of V4*. HHRP was previously graded G3* and V3*. The regulatory judgement relates to HHRP only and does not represent an assessment of the non-registered entities within the Heylo group.

HHRP has confirmed that it accepts the regulator's judgement and will continue to work constructively with the Regulator of Social Housing to address the matters identified.
