Hercules plc (AIM: HERC), a leading technology enabled labour supply company for the UK infrastructure and construction sectors, announces an update regarding the publication of its final results for the year ending 30 September 2025 ("FY25 Accounts").

The audit of the Company's FY25 Accounts is well advanced, however, additional audit work required due to the Company's extensive acquisition activity in 2025, means Hercules now expects to announce its FY25 Accounts in March 2026. A further update will be provided in due course.
