Advantage NRG secures further £3.4m of contracted works

Hercules plc (AIM: HERC), a leading UK infrastructure and construction services group, is pleased to announce that its specialist power and energy subsidiary, Advantage NRG, has secured two further contracts across the National Grid electricity transmission network with a combined value of approximately £3.4 million.

Advantage NRG, acquired by Hercules in June 2025, is a specialist overhead transmission lines workforce provider operating across the UK power and infrastructure sector. The business supplies highly skilled overhead linesmen and specialist teams supporting the construction, maintenance and upgrade of the UK's critical electricity transmission infrastructure.

The first contract, valued at approximately £2.6 million, has commenced in the East of England and is expected to continue until the end of June 2027. Workforce deployment has begun and is expected to increase to approximately 18 operatives during peak delivery.

The second contract, valued at approximately £0.8 million, is being delivered in North Wales between July and October 2026 and is expected to require approximately 13 operatives.

These latest awards increase the cumulative value of Advantage NRG's contracted work secured to date in FY2026 to approximately £20.8 million, demonstrating continued strong demand for their specialist overhead transmission line capabilities across the National Grid network.
