Purchase of own securities

On 1 April 2025 Herald Investment Trust plc (the "Company") purchased for cancellation 40,000 shares at a price of 1,980.3019 pence per share.

Following the purchase and cancellation of the above shares 50,300,861 ordinary shares of 25p each will remain in issue. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

This figure 50,300,861 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company's shares under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
