Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), at 31 July 2026, the total number of Ordinary shares of 25p in the Company in issue, each with one voting right, was 19,103,395.

The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 19,103,395 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Rules.
