Henry Boot PLC has today been informed by BT Pension Scheme that it now holds
1,282,517 Ordinary Shares in the Company which constitute 4.924% of the total
number of shares in issue and which are registered in the names of Britel Fund
Nominees Limited (582,517 shares) and Britel Fund (MAM) Nominees Limited
(700,000 shares), a reduction of 258,289 shares from the last notified figure of
1,540,806.
