Total Voting Rights

Helios, the only publicly traded company offering instant access to a diverse portfolio of syndicates at Lloyd's of London, the world's largest insurance market, announces that as at 31 July 2026, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 76,040,011 ordinary shares of £0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds 6,257,566 Ordinary Shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 69,782,445. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
