Change of Nominated Adviser and Appointment of Joint Brokers and Financial Adviser

Helios, the only publicly traded company offering instant access to a diverse portfolio of syndicates at Lloyd's of London, announces that it has appointed Peel Hunt LLP as its Nominated Adviser, Joint Broker and Financial Adviser with immediate effect. Peel Hunt LLP will now act as the Company's Nominated Adviser in accordance with the AIM Rules for Companies.

The Company also announces that it has appointed Singer Capital Markets as Joint Broker to the Company with immediate effect.

There are no further disclosures required under AIM Rule 17 or Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
