Notice of Dividend Currency Exchange Rate - 2026 Interim Dividend

 

On 30 July 2026, Helios Towers plc announced an Interim Dividend of 0.604p (gross) per ordinary share of 1p nominal value for the Half Year ended 30 June 2026, payable on 14 September 2026 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 7 August 2026.

 

Shareholders who validly elect to receive their Interim Dividend in US dollars by 21 August 2026 will receive the Interim Dividend at the exchange rate set out below. The US dollar equivalent of the Interim Dividend has been determined by reference to the applicable exchange rate on 10 August 2026.
