London, 9 March 2026: Helios Towers plc ('the Company'), the independent mobile tower company, announces that Temitope Lawani, Non-Executive Director and a member of the Nomination Committee, has confirmed he will not seek re-election as a Director of the Company and will formally step down as a Director at the close of the Annual General Meeting on Thursday 14 May 2026.
