2025 Annual Report and Financial Statements and 2026 Notice of Annual General Meeting
Helios Towers plc (the "Company"), the independent mobile tower company, announces that, in accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R, the following documents have been posted to shareholders today, and with the exception of the Form of Proxy, have been made available on the Company's website at www.heliostowers.com:

· 2026 Notice of Annual General Meeting
· Form of Proxy for the 2026 Annual General Meeting
The Company has integrated its Sustainable Business Report within the 2025 Annual Report and Financial Statements. A complementary Sustainable Business Addendum, containing additional ESG information, has also been published and is available on the Company's website.
The above-mentioned documents (except for the Form of Proxy and Sustainable Business Addendum) and the 2025 Annual Report and Financial Statements prepared in Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML) format, as required by DTR 4.1.15R, will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
