Hays plc ('Hays' or the 'Company') announces that it has today made available to shareholders its 2026 Notice of Annual General Meeting (the ‘2026 AGM Notice’), which will be available on its website at https://www.haysplc.com/investors/shareholder-services/agm

 

The Company's 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held at 12.00pm on Wednesday, 18 November 2026 at the offices of Hays plc, 4th Floor, 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN (the ‘2026 AGM’).

 

In accordance with UK Listing Rules 6.4.1R and 6.4.3R, the following documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
