In accordance with UK Listing Rules 6.4.1R and 6.4.3R, a copy of the 2026 Annual Report has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

 

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule (DTR) 6.3.5(1A) the regulated information required under DTR 6.3.5 is available in unedited full text within the 2026 Annual Report as uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and on the Company's website.
