Block admission – application to LSE

Harworth Group plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 4,500,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") for admission to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

The Shares will be allotted and issued, from time to time, to satisfy the exercise of options granted under the Harworth Group plc Restricted Share Plan (RSP), Harworth Group plc Deferred Bonus Plan (DBP) and Harworth Group plc Save As You Earn Scheme (SAYE).

The Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. It is expected that admission will take place at 8am on 15 October 2026.
