Hardide plc (AIM: HDD), the provider of advanced surface coating technology, reminds shareholders that the Company's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday 24 March 2026 at the offices of Hardide plc, 9 Longlands Road, Bicester, Oxfordshire OX26 5AH.

As announced on 22 January 2026, the audited annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2025 and notice of AGM have been posted to shareholders and are available at www.hardide.com.

Shareholders who wish to attend the AGM are requested to email investorrelations@hardide.com to assist the Company in making preparations for shareholder attendance.
