As previously notified, Hardide plc (AIM: HDD), the provider of advanced surface treatment technology, confirms that, as part of the Group's new Leadership Team structure, Dr Yuri Zhuk has assumed the role of Chief Technology Officer with immediate effect, enabling him to focus exclusively on supporting the growth of the business, including product development, IP and operational excellence. In connection with this transition, Dr Zhuk has today stepped down as a director of the Company.

The Board would like to thank Dr Zhuk for his contribution as a director and looks forward to his continued leadership and contribution in his new role as Chief Technology Officer.
