Delay in the Accounts publication year end 31.3.2026

 

GRIT announces that due to delays to the statutory audit, it is unable to publish its Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 March 2026 (the "2026 Accounts") by 31 July 2026.

As this is later than is required by the Disclosure and Transparency Rules this would ordinarily result in the suspension of the Company's shares.  However, the Company's shares are already suspended, as previously announced.

The Company's Directors continue to strive to achieve a successful outcome for all shareholders and stakeholders of a reverse take-over of Planet Scan AG and will update the market as soon as practicable on the timing of the 2026 Accounts publication.
