Dividend Declaration

Further to the announcement issued on 23 June 2026 confirming the completion of the sale of the Company's remaining solar assets and the anticipated distribution to shareholders arising from the proceeds of this sale, the Board of Gresham House Renewable Energy VCT 1 PLC announces that it has declared the following dividends:

	Dividend per Share
Ordinary Shares	17.0p
'A' Shares	0.0p
Total for a holding of one Ordinary and one 'A' Share	17.0p

The dividends will be paid on 21 August 2026 to Shareholders on the register as at 31 July 2026, with the ex-dividend date being on 30 July 2026. Please note that the payment of the dividend is subject to the unaudited accounts required to validate distributable reserves showing as filed at the Registrar of Companies.

Further information regarding the Company's proposed entry into members' voluntary liquidation, now anticipated to take place during September 2026, will be communicated in due course. The amount and timing of any further distributions to shareholders following the entry into members' voluntary liquidation will be at the discretion of the appointed liquidator. A proportion of the sale proceeds have been retained to support the Company during the formal liquidation process and a small capital distribution to shareholders is anticipated by the end of H1 2027.
