Dividend Declaration
The Board of Gresham House Income & Growth VCT plc announces that it has declared a second interim dividend of 2.25 pence per ordinary share, in respect of the year ending 30 September 2026. The dividend will be paid on 30 October 2026 to Shareholders on the Register on 25 September 2026. The ex-div date is 24 September 2026.
Together with the first interim dividend of 2.50 pence per ordinary share paid on 10 April 2026, total dividends declared and payable in respect of the year ending 30 September 2026 amount to 4.75 pence per ordinary share which achieves the Board's annual dividend target of 7% of opening NAV per share.
Shareholders wishing to amend their participation in the Dividend Investment Scheme must submit their instruction to the Scheme Administrator, The City Partnership (UK) Limited, by no later than 16 October 2026.
