Net asset value per share: 49.76 pence

Financial Highlights

Results for the six months ended 31 March 2026:

· Net asset value ("NAV") total return per share fell by (4.7)%.

· The Board declared an interim dividend in respect of the current year of 2.00 pence per share, which was paid to Shareholders on 10 April 2026.

· The Company made two new investments totalling £4.57 million and four follow-on investments of £2.86 million.

· Net unrealised and realised losses in the period were £(7.11) million.

· The Company received proceeds from investments totalling £0.32 million.
