Gresham House Energy Storage Fund plc (LSE: GRID), the UK's largest fund investing in utility-scale battery energy storage systems (BESS), has been informed that Duncan Neale, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of Hargreave Hale AIM VCT plc, with effect from 1 October 2026.

This announcement is made by the Company pursuant to UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R.
