Regulatory Judgement: Governance and Financial Viability


GreenSquareAccord Limited (the Issuer) £400,000,000 5.25 per cent Bonds due 30 November 2047 (ISIN XS2560035201).


The Issuer announces that the Regulator of Social Housing has today issued a regulatory judgement in respect of the Issuer. The Issuer's Governance grading has been downgraded from G2 to G3. Its Viability grading has been downgraded from V2 to V3. Its Consumer grading of C2, issued on 29 October 2025, remains unchanged.
