Invitation to Opening of Graphite Pilot Plant

GreenRoc Strategic Materials plc (AIM: GROC), a company focused on the development of critical mineral projects in Greenland, is pleased to announce that it will hold an opening of its pilot processing plant in Hørsholm, north of Copenhagen on Tuesday 2 June 2026 at 14:00-16:00:

As announced on 29 May 2026, the construction and commissioning of GreenRoc's graphite mills have been completed. The two mill lines make up the particle shaping (spheronisation) part of the graphite active anode materials ("AAM") pilot plant and is the important first step in the sequentional processing to coated spheronised purified graphite or AAM. The shaping section of the pilot plant will be followed by the purification section in H2, 2026.

At the opening event on 2 June, GreenRoc will host a tour of the graphite mill lines and a visit of our laboratory facilities. Graphite ore from Amitsoq as well as samples of graphite concentrate and spheronised graphite will be on display. There will also be an opportunity to meet members of the GreenRoc board and GreenRoc personnel.

GreenRoc's CEO, Stefan Bernstein, commented:

"It is our pleasure to invite our shareholders, stakeholders and friends of GreenRoc to this opening event. Finally we are in a position where we can produce our own spheronised graphite - the first and fundamental process in producing active anode material. I hope that we will see many of our shareholders, stakeholders and anyone with an interest in European strategic raw materials and Greenland to join us in this formal opening of what we believe to be Europe's first natural flake graphite anode pilot processing plant".
