2026 Annual General Meeting

 

 

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Greatland Resources Limited (Greatland or Company) (AIM: GGP, ASX: GGP) advises that it intends to hold its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 19 November 2026.

 

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of directors. The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Thursday, 17 September 2026. Any nominations must be received at the Company's registered office no later than 5.00pm (Perth time) on Thursday, 17 September 2026.

 

The Notice of Meeting will be sent to shareholders with full details of the meeting and its location in early October 2026.
