GPE secures Fully Managed pre lets at City Tower, EC2 ahead of launch

Great Portland Estates plc (GPE) has pre let the initial floor of its latest phase of Fully Managed workspace at City Tower, EC2, with a further floor under offer, reinforcing strong customer demand ahead of completion in early 2027.

The transactions total more than 4,300 sq ft and reflect continued demand from growth businesses in the software solutions and AI led sectors. They follow a series of recent lettings at City Tower, taking leasing activity to more than 20,000 sq ft so far this financial year.

The latest phase will convert a further 38,000 sq ft of space to GPE’s Fully Managed offer, supported by an enhanced arrival experience and a new gym as well as a dedicated Skyline Twenty One lounge and coffee bar.

Once complete, City Tower will provide around 80,000 sq ft of Flex space, making it one of the largest Fully Managed offerings of its kind in the City, close to Moorgate, Bank and Liverpool Street stations.
