Andrew White to Depart Great Portland Estates

Great Portland Estates plc ("GPE") today announces that Andrew White, Development Director, will be leaving the business later this year after more than thirteen years with the Company. Since joining GPE in 2013, Andrew has played a leading role in delivering many of the Company's most significant developments, including Rathbone Square, Hanover Square, 30 Broadwick Street, 50 Finsbury Square, 2 Aldermanbury Square, The Delft and 30 Duke Street. Over this period, he has helped deliver more than 2.5 million sq ft of prime development, generating over £400 million of development surpluses.

Andrew is widely respected across the real estate industry for his commercial judgement, planning expertise and ability to build strong relationships with local authorities, development partners and stakeholders. His contribution has been instrumental in the success of many of GPE's landmark projects and in creating long-term value.

Andrew will remain with GPE during a transition period to ensure an orderly handover of his responsibilities to existing members of the development team. Dan Nicholson, Executive Director, retains Board level responsibility for development and Andrew's role will not be replaced.
