EARLT TERMINATION NOTICE

THIS DOCUMENT IS IMPORTANT AND REQUIRES YOUR IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. If you are in any doubt about what action you should take, you are recommended to consult your independent financial adviser.

NOTICE is hereby given by the Issuer to the holders of the ETP Securities pursuant to Condition 20 (Notices), and Condition 8(d)(ii) (Index Cancellation Redemption Event).

On 19 August 2026, the Issuer received notice from the Swap Calculation Agent of an Index Cancellation Redemption Event.

The Swap Calculation Agent notice resulted from the following announcement made on 19 August 2026 at 14:40:24 UK time by the Index Provider on its website: "following an Intraday Restrike Event, the level of the Solactive Daily Leveraged 3x short Moderna Index was calculated as zero. Following Section 5.4 of the Index Guideline, the Index has been terminated with an immediate effect."

In accordance with Condition 8(d)(ii) the Index Cancellation Redemption Event resulted in an Early Redemption Event for the ETP Securities.

In application to Condition 5, Determination and Publication of Value per ETP Security, the Value per ETP Security in respect to the ETP Securities was established at zero.
