2025 Annual Report

The 2025 Annual Report of Grafton Group plc (the "Company") has been published today and is available to view on the Company's website www.graftonplc.com. It has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The Annual Report and the Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting, which will be held on 15 May 2026 at 10.30am, will be posted later this month to those shareholders who have requested a printed copy.

A Form of Proxy relating to the Annual General Meeting will be sent by post to all shareholders on the same date and all documents will be made available on the Company's website.
