Special Dividend Declaration

Goldplat Plc, (AIM:GDP) the AIM listed Mining Services Group, with international gold recovery operations located in South Africa and Ghana, servicing the African and South American Mining Industry, is pleased to announce a special dividend at a rate of 0.87319 pence per share, amounting to a total of approximately £1.5 million.

Following a detailed assessment of the Group's current and forecast liquidity requirements, including working capital, capital expenditure requirements and an appropriate liquidity buffer, the Board has determined that approximately £1.5 million of excess cash can be returned to shareholders by way of a special dividend.

The Board intends to continue paying ordinary dividends on a quarterly basis and will also continue to assess the Group's excess cash position, with a view to making further distributions to shareholders where appropriate.  

Dividend declaration

A special dividend of approximately £1,500,000 will be paid to shareholders on 15 October 2026, at a rate of 0.87319 pence per share, with the record date being 2 October 2026 and ex-dividend date 1 October 2026.

It is the intention of the board to continue assessing and distributing of value to shareholders on a quarterly basis.
