Goldplat Plc, (AIM:GDP) the AIM listed Mining Services Group, with international gold recovery operations located in South Africa and Ghana, servicing the African and South American Mining Industry, announces that further to its announcement of 5 February 2026, the Company wishes to advise that Brent Doster will cease to be a Director of the Company on 27 February 2026, as he leaves the Company in order to take up a new position.
