Resignation of Non-Executive Director
The Board of Directors of the Company announces that Toby Birch has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 30 September 2026, in accordance with the Company's Board succession planning.
Toby joined the Board in 2014 and latterly served as Chair from June 2023 to June 2026. The Board would like to express their sincere thanks for his significant contribution and unwavering commitment through periods in which the gold mining sector experienced severe headwinds and remarkable resurgences. His dedication and stewardship helped position the Company for the exciting next phase of its development, and we are grateful for the strong foundations he has left for the Board to build upon.
