Adjustment of Subscription Rights Price

Shareholders are reminded that they have the right to subscribe for one new Ordinary Share for every five Ordinary Shares held in the Company on 30 November each year, as outlined in the circular published and sent to shareholders on 4 November 2022.

The Company announces an adjustment to the fourth Subscription Rights Price to reflect the dividend of 1.51 pence per share payable to shareholders on the register at the close of business tomorrow.

The new Subscription  Rights Price for the exercise date of 1 December 2026 is 103.12 pence (previously 104.63 pence). The new Subscription Rights Price will be used in the calculation of diluted net asset value per share.

Going forward, the Company expects to reduce the Subscription Rights Price by an amount equal to each dividend payable, with effect from the date on which the Ordinary Shares are marked ex dividend. The next and final adjustment for the exercise date of 1 December 2026 is expected to be made in October 2026.

The Subscription Rights Price is included in the daily net asset value publication.
