Globalworth (AIM: GWI), the leading office investor in Central and Eastern Europe, hereby acknowledges that Standard & Poor's ("S&P") has affirmed Globalworth's 'BB' long-term issuer credit with a Stable outlook.
The Company continues to pursue strategic initiatives designed to optimise its current property portfolio and enhance operational efficiencies, with the objective of improving its interest cover ratio in the long term, and continues to maintain a robust liquidity position.
