GlobalData Plc ("GlobalData" or the "Company") announces that, in accordance with the terms of its Share Buyback Programme which commenced on 26 November 2025, the Company purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of £0.0001 each through Investec Bank plc ("Investec").

The Company will cancel the repurchased shares. Following the purchase of these shares, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue will be 764,912,356 and the Group holds no ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in GlobalData will be 764,912,356. This figure for the total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
