GlobalData announces that its 2026 Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held at John Carpenter House, 7 Carmelite Street, London, EC4Y 0BS on Tuesday 28 April 2026 at 10.00 am.

The Notice of Annual General Meeting (Notice of AGM) and the audited Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2025 can be viewed on the Company's website, www.globaldata.com, or hard copies of such documents can be obtained free of charge on request from the Company Secretary.

Full details and arrangements for the meeting, including how to ask questions, are set out in the Notice of AGM.
