Further to the announcements on 2 March 2026 and 24 June 2026, GlobalData Plc (LSE: DATA.L), a leading data, insights and technology company, confirms that Graham Lilley stepped down as Chief Financial Officer and resigned as a director of the Company earlier today, 30 September 2026.

The Company also confirms that Robert (Rob) Kingston, who joined the Group on 7 September 2026, was formally appointed to the Board as Chief Financial Officer earlier today, 30 September 2026.

The Board would like to thank Graham for his significant contribution to the Group since joining in 2011, including his tenure as Chief Financial Officer since January 2018, and wishes him every success in the future.

As previously announced, there are no disclosures to be made in accordance with UKLR 6.4.8 R of the UK Listing Rules in relation to Rob Kingston’s appointment, save that he served as a director of Keywords Studios Limited, which was formerly admitted to trading on AIM, from 1 July 2023 until his resignation from that position on 24 August 2026.
