Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Dublin/London, 9 April 2026: Glenveagh Properties plc ("Glenveagh" or the "Company") a leading Irish homebuilder today announces its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 (the "Report and Accounts"), and a notice convening the 2026 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM"), have been issued to shareholders.

The AGM of the Company will be held at The Intercontinental Hotel, Simmonscourt Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Ireland on Friday, 15 May 2026 at 11a.m.

The Report and Accounts (in ESEF-compliant and PDF formats) together with the notice of AGM are available for inspection on the Company's website: https://glenveagh.ie/corporate and copies have also been submitted to Euronext Dublin and the UK National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at the following locations:
