In conformity with Regulation 20 of the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 (as amended), Glanbia plc announces that:

 

The total number of Ordinary Shares of €0.06 each in issue as at 28 February 2026 is 243,739,996. Each Ordinary Share carries one vote. The Company holds no Treasury Shares. The total number of voting rights is, therefore, 243,739,996.

 

The above figure 243,739,996 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Glanbia plc under the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 (as amended) and the Transparency Rules.
