Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Getech, a leading locator of subsurface resources, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ajay Kejriwal as Independent Non-Executive Director, effective 24th August 2026.

Ajay has over 35 years of operational experience in corporate finance, natural resources and energy companies. His career spans both executive and non-executive roles across listed and private companies, including as CFO, Interim CEO and Audit Committee Chair. Ajay currently serves on multiple Boards, including Reon Energy Limited, Chesterfield Resources plc (LON: CHF) and ASX-listed, Apollo Minerals (ASX:AON), while previously serving on the Board of Sirius Petroleum plc and Upstream Asia plc. He holds a BSc in Economics and Accounting from City University, London and is an ACA Chartered Accountant.

On appointment, Ajay will also take on the role of Audit & Risk Committee Chair, where his previous experience of financial reporting and risk management will be of great value to the Company.

Mr Kejriwal was a director of Ariège Tungstène SAS at the point of its liquidation and subsequent dissolution on 22 August 2020, which was effected on a solvent basis as part of a group reorganisation.

Mr Kejriwal was a director of Mines du Salat SAS at the point of its liquidation and subsequent dissolution on 28 October 2019, which was effected on an insolvent basis.
