Getech (AIM: GTC), a leading locator of subsurface resources, has received notification that Christopher Jepps, Chief Executive Officer of Getech, has, in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 217,006 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 31 July 2026 at a price of 2.8p each before subsequently acquiring 217,006 ordinary shares on 31 July 2026 at a price of 2.815p each.

Christopher Jepps' total beneficial interest in the Company remains at 2,057,006 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.35% of the Company's issued share capital.
