Repayment of Debt

The Company has today paid the full the outstanding balance of $287,170.74 to extinguish a loan provided by CSS Alpha Fund ("CSS"). The loan was reported in our audited financial statements for the year ending 31 January 2026 ("FY26"). The current borrowings of the Company have now been reduced materially following this full repayment to CSS and the recent conversion of loans of approximately £293,000 by the provider of the debt facility as previously announced.

The Company's working capital position has strengthened materially following FY26 because of the recent capital raises and warrant exercise that have raised approximately £2.7m.
