The total number of Shares purchased on 23 October 2026 was 10,000. The volume weighted average price paid per share (pence), highest price paid per share (pence) and lowest price paid per share (pence) now read as follows:

The Company today announces that for the period between 19 October 2026 and 23 October 2026 Deutsche Bank AG (London Branch), trading as Deutsche Numis has purchased on behalf of the Company the following number of its ordinary shares of £0.01 each pursuant to the share buyback and cancellation programme (the “Programme”).
