Operational update & investor webinar

GenIP to bring full operation and management of Invention Evaluator in-house,

strengthening technology capabilities and profit margins

GenIP plc (AIM: GNIP), a provider of AI-driven services to help research organisations and corporations commercialise their innovations, announces it has given notice on its agreement with Phosphorix Ltd ('Phosphorix') as part of a planned transition to bring full operation and management of the Invention Evaluator platform in-house.

This is a strategically important and positive development for GenIP which will enhance governance, strengthen operational resilience, and accelerate the Company's ability to innovate and scale its technology platform. Following an agreed three-month transition period, during which Phosphorix will continue to provide support services, GenIP will possesses the full internal resource, technical expertise, and leadership required to manage and scale the Invention Evaluator platform independently.

Bringing production of Invention Evaluator in-house delivers clear and immediate operation and financial benefits, including;

●     Improved margins - the Company will retain the full product margin previously shared under the Phosphorix agreement.

●     Cash savings - the monthly fixed fee and per-report charges will no longer apply.

●     Product Agility - direct ownership of the development roadmap enables faster iteration and enhanced scalability.

●     Clearer governance - the removal of related-party dependencies strengthens compliance with the QCA Code and enhances investor confidence.

Appointment of Chief Product Officer

As part of the transition, the Company has appointed Harin Vaghela as Chief Product Officer ('CPO') who will be responsible for managing the entire Invention Evaluator platform in-house as well as driving the Company's product strategy and technology roadmap. Harin brings over 15 years' experience delivering AI-powered enterprise platforms at organizations including Pasabi, LVMH, and Black Swan Data.
