New & recurring contract wins

GenIP secures multiple new and recurring contracts for a total consideration of $87k

GenIP plc (AIM: GNIP), a provider of AI-driven services to help research organisations and corporations commercialise their innovations, announces a number of new and recurring contract wins across its key markets for a total consideration of $87k.

Chile

GenIP has further expanded its relationship with Universidad Autónoma de Chile, a long-standing customer of the Company's Invention Evaluator platform, through the purchase of a further 25 Invention Evaluator reports. The University has also invited GenIP to join its Technical Advisory Committee, reinforcing the Company's position as a trusted commercialisation partner and embedding GenIP within one of Chile's leading innovation ecosystems.

Additionally, Gen IP has received a repeat order from an existing university customer for a further 20 Invention Evaluator reports and won a new contract to deliver 15 Invention Evaluator reports for another research university in Chile. This leading research university has a portfolio of approximately 500 technologies, presenting an opportunity for significant future engagement and marks the third customer secured in Chile.

United Kingdom

A leading research university in the UK has reengaged GenIP for a further 12 Invention Evaluation reports. This marks the second time GenIP has been commissioned by this University following an initial purchase of 10 reports last year. The continued expansion of this relationship strengthens GenIP's recurring revenue profile, demonstrates the quality of service delivered and supports management's confidence in the long-term UK growth opportunity.

North America

GenIP continues to experience strong recurring demand from one of North America's leading research universities, which continues to purchase Invention Evaluator reports on a near bi-weekly basis. The consistent level of repeat business highlights the ongoing value delivered by GenIP's technology and demonstrates the potential for long-term recurring revenue from established institutional clients.

Talent Search

GenIP has secured a new Talent Search engagement contract demonstrating the continued diversification of the Company's revenue beyond technology evaluation services. This engagement, together with several additional Talent Search opportunities currently under discussion, reflects the early success of the strategic repositioning of GenIP and supports the Company's strategy of expanding into higher-value, complementary revenue streams.

Melissa Cruz, CEO of GenIP, commented:

"I am pleased with the continued momentum across our key markets, with expanding customer relationships in Chile, the UK and North America demonstrating the growing demand for GenIP's technology commercialisation services.

"The strengthening of our relationship with Universidad Autónoma de Chile, alongside new customer wins in the region, highlights the opportunity for further growth in Latin America. At the same time, repeat engagements in the UK and ongoing demand from North America demonstrate the value of our services and the potential for long-term recurring revenue.

"I am encouraged by the early success of our Talent Search offering, which is broadening our revenue opportunities, while our continued industry engagement is helping to strengthen GenIP's position as a leader in AI-enabled technology commercialisation.

"With a growing international presence and a strong pipeline of opportunities, we remain confident in GenIP's ability to deliver further growth."
