CHANGE OF INVESTMENT ADVISER AND AIFM OF GEIGER COUNTER LIMITED ('THE COMPANY')

The Directors wish to advise all shareholders that the Company's existing investment adviser and AIFM, CQS Asset Management Limited, is to be replaced with CQS (UK) LLP, as a result of a re-organisation of the CQS group of companies.

Following notification to the Jersey Financial Services Commission the investment advisory agreement has been novated to CQS (UK) LLP and CQS (UK) LLP have been appointed as the Company's investment adviser and AIFM with effect from 1 October 2015. No amendments have been made to the terms of the investment advisory agreement.
