Gear4music (Holdings) plc ("Gear4music" or "the Group"), the largest UK based online retailer of musical instruments and music equipment, is pleased to announce it will be hosting a webinar available to all existing and potential shareholders, covering the year ended 31 March 2026, on Tuesday 23 June 2026 at 9:00am.

The presentation will be given by Andrew Wass, Executive Chair, and Chris Scott, Chief Financial Officer.

Questions can be submitted via the platform up until 9:00am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.

A recording of the presentation will be made available on the Company's website following the conclusion of the investor presentation.
