GCP Infrastructure Investments Limited ("Company") announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme (the "Programme") announced on 12 December 2024, it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through RBC Europe Limited.

Following the above transaction, the Company will have 884,797,669 Ordinary Shares in issue (including treasury shares). The total number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury is 62,374,815.

The total number of voting rights in the Company, excluding treasury shares as at 20 April 2026 is 822,422,854. This figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Company or its Group under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Since the announcement of the Programme on 12 December 2024, the Company has purchased 45,389,796 Ordinary Shares in aggregate for treasury.
