·   a circular relating to the business of, and incorporating a notice convening, its 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM Circular"); and

·    forms of proxy for the 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The AGM Circular has been posted to shareholders, submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
